The delivery time for deliveries within Germany is stated on the respective offer page. The start of the delivery period is determined (depending on the payment method chosen).
When paying by
Payment in advance/bank transfer, instant transfer, credit card or PayPal, the delivery period begins one day after we receive payment. For all other payment methods, the period begins one day after the order is placed.
For deliveries outside Germany, the following deadlines must be added to the delivery deadlines stated on the offer page:
Delivery within the EU 4-7 working days
Deliveries outside the EU 10-14 working days
If the start or end of the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday, the start or end of the deadline will be postponed to the following working day.
For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional customs duties, import sales tax and fees may apply.
